“The Tokyo Collection” by Bright Moments. Bright Moments is a DAO that creates physical showcases around the world for digital art and NFT artworks to be minted in real life (IRL Minting), expanding the possibilities of NFTs. The showcase has been hosted in cities such as New York, Berlin, and London, with Tokyo being the seventh location, where qubibi participated in the exhibition named "The Tokyo Collection" (May 05 - 12), including an interview and talk session.

The exhibition at Bright Moments Tokyo is divided into the following four collections: "CryptoTokyoites Collection", "Tokyo Collection", "AI ART Collection", and “Japanese Contemporary Collection".

"Margaret" as qubibi’s first long-form artwork exhibited in Tokyo Collection which focused on generative art, at the Important Cultural Property, the former Asakura residence (旧朝倉邸住居).

In conjunction with the exhibition, BrightMoments conducted interviews with the participating artists and created a quarterly in both Japanese and English. This magazine was distributed to collectors who visited the venue. The interviews were also posted online. MARGARET BY QUBIBI

Throughout the period, several events were held to connect collectors and artists, and qubibi also spent time meeting and interacting with people from around the world. Upon request from Zancan, qubibi bestowed the title "Kumono Shingou" on his artwork for this collection.

This occasion also served as a gathering for collectors and artists from around the world, bringing together people who had only known each other through the internet. In Japan, such gatherings are called 'off-kai' 😉
